About Me

I have 10 years experience as a licensed massage therapist in the state of VA.  I am also a Reiki Master and have been practicing for over 20 years.  I believe that the mind, body and spirit are one and I address your needs in a holistic manner.  During a session, I may use hot stones, moist heat, suction cups or other tools to facilitate muscle relaxation.  There are no added charges for any of these modalities.  Your massage will be customized to your individual needs on any particular day.
